These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Diversa ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dLearn mobile application and related services ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded or Android device that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Google Play Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account.
You agree not to: (a) reverse-engineer or tamper with the App; (b) use the App for unlawful purposes; (c) share, resell, or redistribute premium content; (d) upload content that infringes third-party rights.
All course materials, trademarks, and software remain the property of Diversa or its licensors. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license above.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except where required by law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict of laws rules.
